Fruit and Vegetable Peel Crisps

Ingredients
  

For Vegetable Crisps

  • Vegetable Peels
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Herbs and Spices to Taste We used smoked paprika, garlic powder and cumin

For Fruit Crisps

  • Fruit Peels
  • Sugar Optional
  • Spices to taste We used cinnamon and Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Pop your peels in a bowl, drizzle with oil and season with your salt and spices to taste. Toss until your peels are well coated.
  • Pop in a dehydrator or oven on a low heat and heat until they’re crisp to taste.
  • Store in an airtight container and enjoy for up to three days.
