Dandelion Flower Fried

Tantalisingly Tasty Dandelion Fritters

I absolutely love foraging for Dandelions, making up lion stories with Xanthe and coming home and turning these blossoms into something so tantialisingly tasty!
I am a little obssessed with flower recipes! It is also super cheap to make but feels very decadent. It only uses one egg, a little flour and a knob of butter. So what isn't to love!
